At James, we have over 35 home designs which means there is a good chance we have something that will work for you. However, it can be a bit overwhelming when you are looking at them all so we have pulled a few sample home designs for you to get a sense of the types of homes we offer.

Townhomes

These are great 2 bedroom, 2 level homes with overheight ceilings and super functional layouts. Range from 1,065 – 1,175 sq.ft.

Penthouse Flats

Our Penthouse Flats are also 2 level homes with gorgeous rooftop patios ranging from 1+Den to 2+Den types and 888 – 1,084 sq.ft.

Flats

The Flats at James are found both on the ground level and the second level. 1 bedroom and 1+Den Flats range from 553 – 635 sq.ft.

Tower Plans

Our Tower Plans offer a wide selection of styles from 1 bedroom homes up to 2 + Den homes, all single level living and range from 584 – 1,015 sq.ft.

Lofts

The Lofts at James are truly unique with overheight ceilings and loft bedrooms overlooking living areas. Lofts range from 1 bedroom to 2+Den styles and 790 – 950 sq.ft.

Penthouses

We have 5 penthouse styles at James. The 2 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom and Den homes range in size from 1237 – 1449 sq.ft. They offer amazing deck space with an outdoor fireplace and a generous sized flex room.
